Robert A Merring

Our experience with Mr. Merring was very unusual. He hosted the mediation for our Federal Copyright case in his Costa Mesa home. His wife made pastries and they were very welcoming. It was definitely the most unusual mediation I’ve ever seen. The parties were already inclined to settle. The principals went into the backyard without counsel and agreed on a deal, with a handshake. Mr. Merring didn’t have a tough job this day and the venue he provided may have been a big help. I’m giving him 4 stars, only because I cannot justify giving him 5 and it’s not his fault he didn’t have to do much . . . so I would feel bad if I gave him less.
